AquaBike - If you are taking part in the AquaBike race you will start the swim in your allotted wave along with the triathletes. At the end of the bike section do not go into transition but deposit your bike on the racking provided at the end of the finish chute. Then run across the finish line to finish your race. As soon as you have recovered sufficiently please remove your bike from the racking as others may need your space.
The race start will be from the beach in 3 waves. Be aware that it is an 800m walk along the beach from transition to the start line.
