GO-TRI Stockton Duathlon Race – 1 Feb 8th
Never mind the quantity, it’s the quality that counts. Great event in the first GO-TRI Stockton Duathlon race. Ideal conditions for early February, bright sunshine, almost calm and even a bit of heat in the sun. Don’t let anyone tell you that short is easy, well it is if you don’t try of course, but if you have ever run as fast as you can over 400m you’ll know what a super sprint duathlon feels like.
Congratulations to all who took part, I hope that the new multi-sporters found it helpful and also that the Madrid qualifiers found it a useful training session.
