400m Swim, 18 Lengths of Scissett Baths (yes it is a proper swimming pool)
16km Cycle, on rural roads including the challenging climb up to Emley Mast.
4.5km Run, to Skelmanthorpe via hard track and back on the pavement.
Start times from 1.30pm
Chip timing will be used for fast accurate results.
This is a club organised event, marshalled by experienced triathletes able to offer advice and assistance to novice competitors. The race continues to build on its tradition of friendly inter-club rivalry ensuring good facilities for the more competitive athletes.
