Teesdale aquathlon is back! After the success of the very first Teesdale aquathlon last year, we have decided to host this very fun and interesting event again, but this time its even better. There is an exiting new running course which explores the local countryside, with a few hills chucked in to test your limits.

The event is based at Teesdale Leisure centre, Barnard Castle and is open to anyone aged 16+.

The 400m pool swim followed by the 3 mile run is ideal for both beginners and the more experienced athletes wishing to prepare for the Triathlon season.

The top 3 places in both the male and the female categories will receive prizes.

The race categories are:-

• Juniors (16 – 19 yrs)
• Seniors (20 – 39 yrs)
• Veterans (40+)
