Equipment – We do not propose to check equipment. However this is a late winter /early spring event and we do expect entrants to carry clothing and emergency equipment and rations suitable for the varying, and possibly extreme, weather conditions.

Dogs – As this event takes place during the lambing season we cannot allow any dogs on the course or at the pavilion. Please do not bring your dogs to the event or The Pavillion as you put us in the awkward position of having to ask you leave!

Dibbers – All runners will be provided with a Sport Ident e-card. Failure to return your e-card at the end of the event will incur a charge of £18 to replace the e-card
