Hetton Junior Open Water Triathlon

An electronically timed open water event for juniors from 8 upwards.
Based in the fantastic facility of Hetton Lyons country park with it’s own lake for the swim and safe, traffic free roads and tracks for the run and cycle sections.
How far will I race? : Your age on 31st December 2010 determines your age-group, distances are approximate:
TriStarStarts 8yr old 50m swim 800m bike 600m run
TriStar 1 9-10 yr 150m swim 2k bike 1.2k run
TriStar 2 11-12 yr 200m swim 4k bike 1.8k run
TriStar 3 13-14 yr 300m swim 7k bike 2.4k run
Youths 15-16 yr 400m swim 10k bike 3k run
