Saab Salomon Turbo X – Surrey Hill, Bracknell, Berks

We’re back in Swinley forest for the first Saab Salomon Turbo X race of 2009.
The Tough Trail Runs take you beyond your comfort zone – 10 ish miles of hills and bogs suitable only for 4×4’s and humans in trail shoes.
Midrace Saab will offering you a unique challenge – how quickly can you run through the toughest, wettest, muddiest 1 mile section of the race – a challenge-within-a-challenge.
You’ll finish wet, muddy and tired and wanting more.
Starting and finishing in the middle of Swinley Forest and running up to the highest point for miles around on Surrey Hill you’ll soon discover that Surrey is by no means flat and that well drained sandy soil still holds a few watery surprises – while it won’t be the muddiest Turbo X Challenge it is not called Surrey HILLS for nothing…..
