Start and finish at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, Lancaster
Swim: 750 m
Bike: 20km (fast flat course)
Run: 5km (fast and flat)
This race is open for teams and individuals and is also open for Youths (15-16 years) and Junior (17-19 years)
