Ashington Sprint Triathlon

A 400m pool swim followed by a 20K bike, finishing with a 5K run.
An excellent event for novices and those experienced Triathletes looking for an early season race! Start time will operate based on submitted swim time – please be accurate to be fair to other competitors.
The 2 lap bike course is a flat course with only one hill on the exit of Bothal (a beautiful picturesque village) which is short and sharp. The 3 lap run is on footpath around the local high school and park next to the Sports Centre with post-race refreshments at the venue.
