Volunteers....
As any one who has ever taken part in a race be it running, cycling or triathlon you will realise that they don't just happen. Not only does the organiser put in a lot of time and effort preparing for the race, but they also rely on large numbers of volunteers. Event Marshals give up vast amounts of time to stand in all weathers pointing out the route to competitors. They are there to help set the race up, to erect the racking, to register you, to give you a drink at the end. In short despite all the work of TriHard, races would not go ahead without THEM. We are very lucky that we have a strong team of THEM, but we are looking to expand that team to cover the new events which we are putting on each year.
