One Life Kids Triathlon

An exciting childrens event for ages eight to sixteen. Taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Haltwhistle Leisure Centre's outdoor pool and Haltwhistle Middle School.

The venue is enclosed and traffic free with no public roads.

The swim takes place in the open air pool followed by a cycle around the grounds of the Middle School on grass and the run follows the perimeter of the school grounds.

Voted 'event of the year' at the North East region annual presentation evening in 2008.

There will be lots of Marshals and helpers on the day to assist with all aspects of the event ensuring it will be one of the most enjoyable events again this year.

Prizes will be available in each age group for both male and female competitors as well as excellent goody bags !

How far will I race? : Your age on 31st December 2010 determines your age-group:

TriStarStarts 8yr old 50m swim 800m bike 600m run
TriStar 1 9-10 yr 150m swim 2k bike 1.2k run
TriStar 2 11-12 yr 200m swim 4k bike 1.8k run
TriStar 3 13-14 yr 300m swim 6k bike 2.4k run
Youths 15-16 yr 400m swim 8k bike 3k run

Entry Fees: BTF Member £12.00 (membership card to be shown at registration), Non BTF £14.00
