750m sea swim - 20k cycle - 5k run

A new event for Cumbria on a fairly flat and potentially very fast course.
The cycle route follows an attractive course along the coast and quite country roads, but also includes sections of flat, fast and quite A roads for the dragsters among you.
The swim is in the sheltered mouth of the Solway Firth with beautiful views across the water to the Scottish Hills beyond.
The run follows a flat coastal route. Race HQ and transition is on The Green in the centre of Silloth.

Please make sure you select the correct entry option. If you dont hold a BTF race licence you have to pay the higher fee for a day licence.
