9am Start

With a pool based swim this race is suitable for absolute beginners. No experience necessary. The aim of this race is to give those who think they might like to have a go at triathlon but aren’t too sure where to start the opportunity to give the sport a try. Flat and fast cycle section on closed roads. Flat run route (apart from the bridges) along the Riverside walkways.

T-shirts will be semi-technical and are great for training in.

Minimum age for participants is 15yrs before 31/12/2010.

There are 3 separate races taking place, please ensure you are entering the correct one.

If you do not hold a current BTF Race Licence you MUST pay the additional fee for a Day Licence.
