400m pool swim, 16km cycle on open roads, 5km run

Situated between Huddersfield and Wakefield, the swim takes place in Scissett Baths.
The cyle is on smooth country roads circumnavigating Emley Moor Mast,
with the run on track and pavements.
Being in Yorkshire, the only flat section is the swim.
