Ashington Sprint Triathlon

This is an excellent early season sprint triathlon to start your 2010 new season, ideal for all levels, especially beginners.
A 400m pool swim followed by a 2.5 lap 20K bike through the beautiful village of Bothal where the only hill on the bike course is, on an otherwise flat course, finishing with a 5K footpath run around the local park.
