~A DAY IN THE LAKES~ TRIATHLON

1.2 mile swim - 56 mile cycle - 13 mile run

As you might expect from TriHard this will be a bit of a challenge.

The venue is superb with ample onsite camping, parking, showers, toilets, food and bar facilites. To see what the venue at Park Foot has to offer for a great weekend stay in the Lake District click on the club website link below.

The swim will be in the crystal clear and refreshing water of Ullswater. Wetsuits mandatory.

The cycle route (1 lap) is all on road and takes in the Kirkstone Pass (from Patterdale) descends to Windermere continues towards Kendal before climbing over Shap Fell and returning to Pooley Bridge.

The run will be a mix of road and fell in the Howtown area.

The race is open to both individuals and relay teams.
