800m swim - 35K cycle - 10k run

Many thanks to the National Trust in their co-operation with the run route. At the moment to avoid any damage to the fells the numbers are limited to 350, hopefully with the assistance of entrants, sticking to the route and not dropping litter we can look to expand this race in the future. If any competitor would like to make a donation to the National Trust you can do so as you enter.

If entering as a relay team please enter one team member only who will be the contact for the whole team, then enter team name when asked on the entry form. A team is one swimmer, one cyclist and one runner.

PLEASE NOTE.. REGISTERING DOES NOT SECURE YOUR PLACE. YOUR PLACE IS ONLY SECURED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.. I wouldn't risk a cheque in the post...
