400m LAKE SWIM - 5000m RUN (5 laps) - CROW PARK, KESWICK. START 7PM

Part of the Keswick Mountain Festival.

Fabulous location at the Festival Activity Base. Make a long weekend of it. Do this on the Thursday evening, the triathlon on the Saturday and the 10k Cat Bells fell run or organised bike ride on the Sunday.
