Kielder Triathlon

1500m open water swim, 30k off road bike, 10k off road run. Mix of forest roads and technical single track. Bike climbs to 1800ft run to 1400ft.

Kielder Triathlon is part of the Uk Mountain Bike Triathlon Series along with Ampleforth Mountain Bike Sprint Triathlon on 11th April, Consiton Grizedale on 12th July and Dalby Duathlon on 11th October.
