About Us

Following the successful running of Helvellyn Triathlon and some local duathlons we felt that we needed an umbrella name to cover all of our activities, so TriHard was born. We are a company run by active and enthusiastic triathletes, runners and cyclists, who regularly race locally, nationally and internationally. Our aim is to promote races that we would like to compete in. That means they have to be well organised on good courses at good locations. We also consider it of paramount importance that as well as providing the opportunity for fierce and fair competition for those that want it, that our events are fun to take part in and that we remain friendly and approachable. We come from a background of race organising and project management and we have invested a vast amount time, effort and considerable expense developing our events and systems. It seems only natural to offer our experience to other event organisers. We have developed an online entry system that massively reduces administration for organisers and makes the whole entry process swift and easy for competitors. We are also now able to offer an efficient chip timing system that solves probably the biggest race day headache for organisers; it provides accurate real time results as finishers cross the line. Results will be projected onto a large screen near to the finish so that finishers can immediately see how they got on.
